Product structure

Specifications
Host: The power can be configured as needed at 0.75KW/1.5kw, with a scraping area of ≤ 350 ㎡. The outer frame is composed of a combination of hot-dip galvanizing, cast steel rope wheels, dual drives, and dual chain discs. It adopts the third generation host design, and the dual drive shaft simultaneously drives the ductile cast steel shaft with a diameter of 260, which is more labor-saving and does not require maintenance.

Scraper Trolley: V-shaped scraper and flat plate, made of national standard 304 material, equipped with 4 adjustment devices on both sides of the scraper to prevent deviation during operation. When encountering uneven width of the fecal passage, it can pass smoothly. This scraper adopts industrial 304 plate and industrial 304 pipe designs, and the lower side of the scraper is designed with high elasticity, high wear resistance, and soft back skin design to scrape feces cleaner. The specifications are 1.36m, 1.95m, 2.2m, and 2.8m, and unconventional sizes can be customized according to needs.
Electric control box: 201 stainless steel box, with models divided into manual and automatic operation or remote control. The electrical components adopt manual and automatic operation, which can achieve fault alarm, manual and automatic unmanned management.
